| Family support groups are Christian support groups especially for familys or friends who are dealing with someone who is in the correctional system or is released. It is a self-directed but structured group that provides fellowship, emotional and moral support, personal accountablility, mentoring and Bible-based teaching for families and friends who struggle with the sometimes overwhelming challenges of everyday living in these situations.
